About Us
About Plumbfast Emergency Plumbing
A plumbing team built around one idea: tell homeowners the truth about their problem and the price, then fix it right.
Our Story
Plumbfast Emergency Plumbing started with a simple frustration: too many homeowners in Aurora and Parker were getting quoted one price on the phone and charged another once the work was done. We built our business around fixing that, not just fixing pipes.
Every visit follows the same standard: diagnose the actual problem, explain it in plain language, quote the price before anything starts, and do the work so it stays fixed. Whether it’s a 2 AM burst pipe or a water heater that finally gave out on a Tuesday afternoon, that standard doesn’t change.

How We Operate
No Surprises, No Pressure
We quote before we work, not after. If we find something unexpected once a job is opened up, we stop, explain what we found, and get your approval before doing anything else or charging for it. We don’t upsell repairs you don’t need, and we don’t pad an emergency call just because it’s after hours. The price we quote is the price you pay, and the work is done to last, not just to pass inspection until we’re out the door.

Built for Homeowners, Landlords, and Property Managers
A homeowner calling about a slow drain or a water heater on its last leg usually wants two things: to understand what’s actually wrong, and to trust the number we give before we start. That’s why we walk through the diagnosis out loud, in plain language, instead of handing over a bill full of trade terms nobody outside the industry recognizes.
Landlords and property managers have a different set of priorities: a plumber who shows up on the schedule they arrange with a tenant, communicates clearly enough to report back to ownership, and delivers the same standard of work whether it’s a single rental or one unit in a larger portfolio. We coordinate around tenant schedules and treat every rental property with the same care as an owner-occupied home.
Local Knowledge That Matters
Older Pipes in Original Aurora, Newer Systems in Parker
Plumbing work in this part of Colorado isn’t one-size-fits-all. Homes in the older sections of Aurora were often built with galvanized steel or cast iron supply and drain lines that corrode and narrow with age, which shows up as low water pressure or recurring drain backups that a quick snake won’t permanently solve. Newer construction around Parker and the surrounding subdivisions typically runs PEX and PVC, which behave differently and fail in different ways, usually at fittings and connections rather than the pipe itself.
We also work through a Colorado winter every year, which means freeze-related bursts in exposed pipes, crawlspaces, and garages aren’t a rare event, they’re a seasonal reality we plan around. Knowing which failure pattern fits which part of town means less guesswork and a faster, more accurate diagnosis the first time we’re on site.
