Get In Touch

Contact Plumbfast Emergency Plumbing

The fastest way to reach us is by phone. Call and describe what’s going on, and we’ll give you a straight answer about next steps and price before anyone comes out.

Reach Us Directly

We don’t use a contact form. A phone call gets you a real answer in the time it takes a form submission to sit in an inbox. Call us directly, or send an email if that’s easier, and describe what’s happening, your address, and whether it’s an active emergency.

We’ll walk you through pricing before anyone comes out, so you know the number going in whether it’s a same-day emergency or something you’d rather schedule for later in the week. If you’d rather email first, that works too. Just give us a way to call you back, since a quick conversation almost always answers a question faster than a back-and-forth email thread ever could.

What Happens Next

  • You call and describe the problem
  • You get a price range before we schedule anything
  • We show up, diagnose it, and confirm the final price

Not Sure If It’s an Emergency? Call Anyway.

Plumbing problems don’t announce how serious they are, and it’s not always obvious whether something can wait until Monday or needs attention right now. If you’re on the fence, call and describe what you’re seeing. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s urgent or whether it’s safe to schedule for later in the week. There’s no wrong reason to call. We would rather talk you through a problem that turns out to be minor than have you wait too long on something that gets worse overnight.

Call Right Now If

  • Water is actively flooding a room or won’t stop running
  • You have no water pressure anywhere in the house
  • Sewage is backing up into a drain, tub, or toilet
  • A pipe has visibly burst or is spraying water

Usually Fine to Schedule

  • A faucet or showerhead that drips but isn’t leaking elsewhere
  • A drain that’s slow but still moving water
  • A toilet that runs occasionally after flushing
  • A water heater that’s slower to heat but still working

One exception: if you ever smell gas near a water heater or gas line, leave the house immediately, call your gas utility or 911 first, and call us once the area has been confirmed safe to re-enter.

Common Questions Before You Reach Out

Is there a charge just to come look at the problem?

We’ll walk you through pricing when you call, before anyone comes out, so you’re never guessing about cost.

What information should I have ready when I call?

Your address, a quick description of the problem, and whether it’s an active emergency (active leak, no water, sewage backup) versus something that can wait a day or two.

Do you respond to after-hours emergencies?

Yes. Call the number above any time. For anything non-urgent, email works fine and we’ll follow up during business hours.
